Terms of Service
Effective 2026-10-01 · Version terms-2026-10-v1
Short version: our services are for businesses. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your account; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where these terms or the law say so. Each service also has its own plan conditions with the details: the Landing Page Subscription conditions and the Drupal Support conditions.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CAMF Solutions Inc., a Wyoming corporation at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("CAMF", "we", "us"). They apply to every service you buy from us through this website or our checkout, including the Landing Page Subscription and the Drupal Support plans.
Each service also has plan conditions, and the details you confirm at checkout (plan, price, billing period) form part of the agreement. If the plan conditions and these Terms conflict, the plan conditions win for that service. Our service pages describe what we offer; if a service page and these Terms or the plan conditions disagree, these Terms and the plan conditions apply.
2. Business customers
Our services are made for businesses and professionals, including sole traders and freelancers buying for their work. By ordering, you confirm that you are buying for your trade, business or profession, and that you are authorised to accept these Terms for the business you name at checkout.
If the law where you live nevertheless treats you as a consumer, you keep every right that law gives you and that cannot be waived by contract, and nothing in these Terms takes those rights away.
3. Accepting these Terms
You accept these Terms, the plan conditions and our Privacy Policy by ticking the acceptance box at checkout and completing your order. We keep a record of the version you accepted and when. You can save or print this page at any time, and we will send you a copy of the version you accepted on request.
4. Subscriptions, billing and automatic renewal
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through our payment processor Stripe. The first charge is taken when you complete checkout and then on the same day each month.
- Your subscription renews automatically every month, at the price you agreed to, until you cancel. By completing checkout you authorise us to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.
- Prices do not include taxes, duties or bank and currency-conversion charges that apply to you, unless the checkout shows them as included. Where a reverse charge applies, you account for the tax.
- Invoices and receipts are available in your account.
5. Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time, online, from your account (Manage billing), or by writing to info@camfsolutions.com. We confirm every cancellation by email.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep the service until then, and you are not charged again.
- What happens to your page, domain, content or site access when a service ends is set out in that service's plan conditions.
6. Refunds
Monthly fees cover a period of service that starts when you pay, so they are non-refundable, and we do not refund or credit partial months or unused allowances (such as content updates or support hours). The exceptions are:
- where the plan conditions provide a refund (for example, Drupal Support sites we decline at onboarding);
- charges made in error, which we refund in full;
- where the law requires a refund.
If you think a charge is wrong, write to us before disputing it with your bank. We answer within two working days. Our Refunds and Cancellation page summarises sections 5 to 8.
7. Changing plans
You can move to a higher plan at any time; the difference for the rest of the current period is charged straight away, pro rata. A move to a lower plan takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
8. Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and we let you know by email. The plan conditions set out how long the service keeps running and when it is suspended or cancelled. Amounts for periods in which you received the service remain due. You never owe anything for a period after your cancellation takes effect.
9. Price changes
We may change a subscription's price, for example to reflect higher costs from hosting, domain registries or other suppliers. We tell you by email at least 30 days in advance, and the new price applies from your first billing date after the notice period. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before then and you will not be charged it.
10. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and keep your contact and billing details up to date. We send notices to the email address on your account.
- Make sure you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us: text, images, logos, trademarks, data and code.
- Make sure you are authorised to give us any access you give us (for example to a website, hosting account or domain).
- You are responsible for your business and for the legal obligations of your website, including its privacy notice, cookie consent, consumer and sector rules, and any accessibility obligations that apply to you. We can help with the technical side, as section 16 describes, but the decisions are yours.
- Reply within a reasonable time when we need something from you. Times we commit to pause while we wait for you.
11. Acceptable use
We do not build, host or work on anything that:
- is unlawful, or promotes unlawful activity, where we operate or where you do;
- infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- is deceptive or fraudulent, including phishing, fake reviews or misleading claims;
- contains or distributes malware, or is used to send spam;
- is sexually explicit, promotes violence or hatred, or offers regulated goods or services (such as gambling, weapons, drugs or financial products) without the licences they require.
We may decline or remove content that breaks these rules. We tell you first and give you a chance to fix it, unless the content is clearly unlawful or puts other people or our systems at risk, in which case we act first and tell you straight after.
12. Ownership
- Your content (the text, images, logos, data and other material you give us) stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service.
- Our tools, templates, designs, code libraries and know-how, including anything we had before working with you, stay ours.
- Who owns what we build for you depends on the service, and the plan conditions say so: the Landing Page Subscription is a hosted service you use while subscribed; work we write for your own Drupal site becomes yours once paid for.
- Open-source software (such as Drupal and its modules) stays under its own licence.
- We do not name you as a client or show your work publicly without your permission.
13. Third-party services
Our services rely on third parties: hosting and cloud providers, domain registries and registrars, Stripe for payments, open-source projects such as Drupal, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp. Their own terms apply to their part. We choose them carefully and pass on any problem we can, but we are not responsible for their outages, security incidents, price changes or decisions, including a registry's rules on a domain.
14. Confidentiality
Each of us keeps the other's non-public business information confidential, uses it only for the service, and shares it only with people who need it for the service and are bound to keep it confidential. This does not cover information that is public, already known, independently developed, or that the law requires us to disclose. Access credentials you give us are stored securely and used only for the work you ask us to do.
15. Personal data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data about you and your team. When we handle personal data on your behalf (for example, data about your website's visitors or users), you are the controller and we act as your processor: we process it only on your instructions and to provide the service, keep it secure, use sub-processors only under equivalent obligations, tell you without undue delay about a breach that affects it, and delete or return it when the service ends. Our Data Processing Agreement, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where they are needed, forms part of these Terms and applies automatically; we countersign a copy on request.
16. Compliance-related work
Where a plan includes work related to privacy (such as GDPR), accessibility, or security, we provide technical and documentation support: reviews, checks, templates, fixes and recommendations. That support is not legal advice and is not a guarantee that your website or business complies with any law. We are not your Data Protection Officer unless we agree to that separately in writing. For legal questions, consult a qualified lawyer.
17. How we work, and what we do not promise
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, in line with good industry practice. Response times and other commitments are the ones written in the plan conditions, and the remedies set out there are the only remedies for missing them. No website or system can be made perfectly secure or available all the time, so we do not promise that a service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of vulnerabilities.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OR THE PLAN CONDITIONS, AND TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
18. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: (A) NEITHER OF US IS LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM A SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THAT SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE FIRST CLAIM.
For loss or corruption of data, our responsibility is to restore the most recent backup we hold, where the plan includes backups. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited. The limits in this section do not apply to your obligation to pay the fees or to your obligations under section 19.
19. Claims about your content
You will defend and compensate us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that arise from your content, your products or services, your breach of section 10 or 11, or access you gave us without the authority to give it. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you control its defence, and we will not settle it without your agreement.
20. Suspension and ending the agreement
- We may suspend a service for non-payment as the plan conditions describe, for a breach of section 11, or when it is needed to stop a security threat to you, to others or to our systems. Except in an emergency, we tell you first and give you a reasonable chance to fix the problem.
- Either of us may end the agreement for a service if the other seriously breaches it and does not fix the breach within 14 days of being told in writing.
- We may stop offering a service by giving you at least 30 days' notice; we then refund any fees paid for the period after it ends.
- Sections that by their nature should continue (including 6, 12, 14, 15, 17 to 19, and 22 to 24) survive the end of the agreement.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and the plan conditions. If a change materially affects you, we email you at least 30 days before it applies, and it applies from your first billing date after that notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then and the previous version applies until your cancellation takes effect. Changes that do not affect your rights, such as clarifications or corrections, apply when published. Each version carries a version number and date, and earlier versions are available on request.
22. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. If a dispute arises, write to us first and we will both try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If that fails, the dispute will be decided exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and both of us accept their jurisdiction. Either of us may still seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court. If you are treated by your local law as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and the right to bring proceedings there.
23. Language
These Terms are written in English, and the English version governs. Any translation is provided for convenience; if it differs from the English, the English version applies.
24. General
- These Terms, the plan conditions and your order are the whole agreement between us about the service, and replace earlier discussions about it. A signed agreement or statement of work for a specific project takes priority over these Terms for that project.
- If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force, and that part applies to the greatest extent the law allows.
- Not enforcing a right straight away does not mean giving it up.
- You may not transfer this agreement without our written agreement. We may transfer it to an affiliate or to a successor of our business, and we will tell you if we do.
- Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as major outages of third-party infrastructure, natural disasters or government action.
- We are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment or agency relationship.
- Notices to you go to the email address on your account. Notices to us go to info@camfsolutions.com.
