Frequently asked

Which Drupal versions do you support?

Current Drupal (10 and 11) on every plan. Sites on end-of-life versions (Drupal 7, 8 or 9) can be supported while we plan the upgrade; the migration itself is quoted as a separate project.

What counts toward my support hours?

Bug fixes, configuration changes, troubleshooting and technical questions on every plan. On Growth, hours also cover new development: features, integrations, content types and workflow changes.

Do unused hours roll over?

On the Growth plan, up to 4 unused hours roll over to the next month. Essential and Professional hours reset monthly.

How fast are security updates applied?

Essential applies core and module security updates within 72 hours of release. Professional applies critical patches within 24 hours and moderate ones within 48. Growth applies critical patches within 4 hours.

Is a move to a newer Drupal version included?

No. Major-version migrations are quoted as separate projects. Professional plans them in the quarterly stack review, and Growth includes migration runway planning (D10→D11, module end-of-life, PHP upgrades).

Do you cover weekends and holidays?

Growth includes an emergency SLA (P1 response within 1 hour, weekdays 9am–6pm US Eastern). Weekend and holiday on-call is available as an add-on for Growth.
